I am so excited to be offering this live fermentation course in Thunder Bay, ON with 6 live modules over 6 months. I will give you the science behind each ferment and dispel all your fermentation fears and keep you accountable month after month. We will meet once a month to learn the ferment of the month and then each student will have a month to complete each module and will post progress/failures/questions in an exclusive online community so everyone benefits from the answers I give. By the end of the 6 months, you will be comfortably making your own ferments and increasing the diversity of your microbiome.
